We creatively use arts and entertainment to reach our audiences for public engagement. Music is a universal language that everyone understands.
Arts and entertainment includes live performances, visual arts, concerts, comedic performance, live theatre, mime, spoken word, illusions, music, dialogue, poetry and much more!
Voices of Our Youth is an unstoppable 501(c)3 empowerment nonprofit with a great desire and zeal to bring change within the community we live. We identified the existing gap in services and came together to find a solution and improve the livelihood of our citizens. We collaborate with organizations for a stronger impact by connecting at risk youth, families, and individuals to community resources. We believe in uniting around a common goal of creating a culture that embraces the diversity, prosperity, and integrity of every human through economic and social wellbeing. We believe that equal opportunity in life can help us progress collectively towards equity and success. We believe in investing in our community, instructing them on how to be better, inspiring them to create change, and igniting their passion. We believe in strengthening families by encouraging strong bonds and healing.
Our power comes from inspiring others to take measures in their community to build real-world plans that create change and make a positive impact. We facilitate meaningful connections within the neighborhoods around us. We believe in the power of diversity and better quality of life for all humans; therefore, we use honesty, positive messages, and transparency to build trust and loyalty with the public.
We educate individuals on how to discover their purpose through the value of community service which can help them to create a tangible impact. We believe in developing character and resilience in each individual so they can create better social awareness and societal connections. We want to help individuals to develop empathy and gain the self-confidence and emotional intelligence needed to be their own advocate.
Our communities are broken and have serious issues that need to be addressed for our youth, families, and individuals to succeed. Some of the concerns we see and help address are child abuse, bullying, suicide, human trafficking, gang violence, mental health, homelessness, hunger, and substance use disorders. Our passion is to creatively address these disparities through arts and entertainment.
