California City - City Council Meeting on 07/08/2025
Voices of Our Youth recently hosted an event called "Food, Friends and Fun: Communities Breaking Bread Together" on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The City Council gathered to discuss this impactful event, where individuals from diverse backgrounds came together to share a meal and enjoy each other's company. This event exemplified the organization's mission of promoting social well-being and embracing diversity within communities.
Recognition
LASD Captain Paul Bartlett - Talking About the Streets to Suites Program
Captain Bartlett discussed the collaboration between the LASD and Voices of Our Youth regarding the Streets to Suites program. The program was adapted from an existing but unused program to better align with the requirements of law enforcement.
